How accurate are the size descriptions?

As my pottery is handmade, each piece is made to an approximate measurements and no two items are the same. Each piece is unique and will vary in size, shape and finish. The beauty of handcrafted pottery is that it is full of character and perfectly imperfect.

How should I care for my pottery items?

My pottery is made from stoneware clay and fired at high temperatures, so it is watertight and dishwasher-proof. I would recommend using the dishwasher with care though, as frequent washing in a hot dishwasher and with chemicals can weaken the vessel and cause discolouration. Similarly, while it’s okay to put the pieces in a microwave, frequent use is not recommended.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can. If you’re not happy with your piece or if it is broken on arrival, please send me an email at hello@amandapollardceramics.co.uk within 28 days. I will be happy to offer a full refund or a replacement if available.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

All items are dispatched within 2-3 working days and take 1-2 days to be delivered. Therefore please expect 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Not yet, but this is something I am looking into.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
